UPS 19000 is a high performance, epoxy system designed for on-site repairs to metal, wood, glass and synthetic materials.

UPS Epoxy Standard Repair UPS 19000 consists of a unique blend of epoxy resin combined with polyamino amine

adducts, which have been specifically selected to provide the optimum adhesions and mechanical and physical strength.

Product Features

• Combines good application characteristics with excellent

corrosion protection and chemical resistance.

• Adhesion - Excellent to both blast cleaned and

mechanically prepared surfaces.

• Corrosion Resistance - Excellent even under sea water

immersion conditions.

• Chemical Resistance - Unaffected by short term contact

with industrial chemicals.

• Temperature Resistance - Suitable for use up to 100°C dry

heat.

General Application Steps

1. Remove loose material, rust and surface contaminants,

including existing coatings.

2. Appropriately prepare the surface using a needle gun,

angle grinder or abrasive blasting.

3. Apply UPS 19000 as

required.

4. Allow to cure.
