3M Scotchkote Urethane Coating UV 840
Scotchkote Urethane Coating UV 840 is specifically developed to be used as a final coat in a 3M coating system. It leaves a durable glossy finish which will assist the easy removal of any subsequent graffiti.
Uses
Scotchkote Urethane Coating UV 840 is best used in the construction and transport industries, where the occurrence of graffiti, abrasion and mechanical damage are commonplace. Once fully cured, Scotchkote Urethane Coating UV 840 resists aqueous solutions, oils, fats and a wide range of industrial chemicals. This coating is especially useful in the rail industry for applications on surfaces such as locomotive exteriors.
Surface and Environment
Scotchkote Urethane Coating UV 840 is a solvent based primer suitable for use on correctly prepared surfaces, in environments where high levels of mechanical and chemical damage are an issue. This coating is also suitable for surfaces in areas where removal of graffiti is necessary.
Application
Scotchkote Urethane Coating UV 840 can be applied using a brush, roller or an airless spray and provides excellent adhesion on correctly prepared and primed surfaces.

- Delivery for orders over £100 value is free to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands)
