How much is my deposit and will it get returned?
Your deposit for the trailer is £150 and will be refunded on safe return of the undamaged trailer.
Do I have to have trailer insurance with my car?
You need to ensure that your car is insured to tow the trailer and have insurance for the trailer against damage and theft.
What documents do I need to take?
You need a driving licence and a utility bill/bank statement from last 3 months with matching address on your licence.
Do I need a number plate? Yes, a standard rectangle licence plate.
Can the Trailer be dropped off at my house? No collection only.
What time can I collect the trailer? After 5pm Friday

Delivery
- Delivery for orders over £100 value is free to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands)
- Delivery for orders under £100 value is £15.00 for non hazardous items up to 25kg.
Large or heavy volumes may require shipping by pallet and we will contact you to confirm any pallet charges prior to shipping your order.

If the error lies with Bradechem Limited we will arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from you.
