Scotchkote AP 670 WB Urethane Primer is a 2 pack, water based coating, part of the range of Scotchkote Waterborne coatings. Specifically designed for use as a primer on weathered single ply roofing membranes prior to the application of 3M Scotchkote Poly-Tech EC 661/662 Topcoat, to create the ultimate Roof Waterproofing system.

Uses

Scotchkote AP 670 WB Urethane Primer is ideal for use on all external flat roofs but provides the best adhesion when applied to weathered membranes, and being water based, does not present the same health and safety risks caused by solvent-based products.

Surface and Environment

Scotchkote AP 670 WB Urethane Primer has been manufactured especially for outdoor use on flat roof systems and works particularly well when applied to weathered EPDM Hypalon and PVC based membranes.

Application

Scotchkote AP 670 WB Urethane Primer can be applied using a quality brush or roller directly to surfaces which are clean, dry and free from contamination. This high quality product is touch dry after just 1 hour and ready to be recoated after just 2 hours.
