Description

RBR 310 is a more concentrated formulation and can be used as a primer on new or more porous mould substrates, (eg. Aluminium tools) to provide a good initial release film for process start-up. RBR 300 can then be used subsequently to provide the necessary level of release with minimum build-up.

• No mould build-up
Any deposits can be removed using either hot water or one of
Ambersil cleaners including AB1 and SB1
• Operational to 250°C
• Minimal transfer to part so post moulding treatments are unaffected
• Works best on steel or aluminium tools
• Can be applied using simple trigger spray if commercial spray guns
are not available
• RBR 300 has been shown to give 20+ lifts per application when
releasing natural rubber mouldings
• RBR 310 is suitable for the release of certain silicone rubbers
